Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS 

You can submit a return for eligible items within thirty (30) days of purchase if the item(s) is in the original condition and unused. If a return is not initiated within this timeframe, we won't be able to offer a refund or store credit.

Eligible items include:

  • Hats
  • Socks

All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing. Items must be unused and in their original condition, any labels or seals must not have been removed. Items that are returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled, will not be taken back.

To request a return, please contact us or email candjautoshop@greenboltprinting.com with your Order Number and "RETRUN" in the subject line.


EXCHANGES

You can submit an exchange for eligible items within thirty (30) days of purchase if the item(s) is in the original condition and unused. Exchanges are only offered for different sizes or colors of the same, eligible item. If an exchange is not initiated within this timeframe, we won't be able to exchange or offer a store credit. 

We do not allow a second exchange of an already exchanged item from the same order.

FINAL SALE 

Please note, sale items, items that ship direct from manufacturer and items made on-demand are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please carefully review all product details, including the products shipping description and all sizing information prior to purchasing. 

Final sale items, ineligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit, include:

  • Performance Shirts
  • Hooded Sweatshirt
  • Comfort Crewnecks
  • Comfort Tanks
  • Comfort T-Shirts
  • Technician Crewneck Sweatshirts
  • Technician T-Shirts
  • Service Polos
  • Service Quarter-Zips

 

PROCESS

You are responsible for shipping your item back to us within 30 days of validation of your return or exchange request. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the item and then process its return or exchange.

For Returns: Upon passing inspection, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or issue the store credit to your email on file. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of us receiving your items. 

For Exchanges: Upon passing inspection, we will fulfill and ship your exchange within 1-3 business days of us receiving your items. We do not hold inventory on an exchange request so we recommend sending back the exchanged item sooner than later to ensure you get the desired item.

 


DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Unfortunately this can happen sometimes, but thankfully not very often. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, no need to worry, we’ll make sure you are taken care of. For the fastest resolution, please send us a photo to candjautoshop@greenboltprinting.com showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item and the order number. A request for replacement needs to be made within seven (7) days of receiving the purchase.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

C&J Auto Shop does not currently honor post-purchase price adjustments to existing orders.
