PROCESSING TIME

Our processing times are different for each item in your order. Most in-stock items are processed and shipped by the next business day (M-F) whereas most made-to-order items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the item’s shipping description.

Since each purchased item requires a specific processing time certain products may delay shipment of your entire order. To reduce shipping impact, we do not ship partial orders. 

Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time. 

Orders received after 1 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal and company holidays.

ORDER STATUS

After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. From that email you can click the "View Order" button to be taken to your order status page, where you can view the order status and tracking information.

The order status page updates in real time as the status of your order changes. Possible statuses are:

Confirmed - We’ve received your order but haven't shipped or fulfilled it yet. 

On its way - Your order has been fulfilled and the shipment is in transit. At this point, you’ll receive a second shipping notification via email with tracking details. 

Out for delivery - Your order is in your area and will be delivered to you soon. You’ll receive a third shipping notification via email regarding this status.

Delivered - Your order was delivered by the carrier. You’ll receive a fourth and final shipping notification via email regarding this status.

Attempted delivery - The carrier attempted to deliver the order to your address, but was unsuccessful.

Can I edit/cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. If your order has not started processing, we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Once your order has gone into our processing queue, we cannot make any changes aside from cancellation. For that reason, please check all information carefully before placing your order. Once your order has been processed and sent to fulfillment, we cannot cancel your order.

To request an edit to your order, or to cancel, please reply to your order confirmation email or email us at candjautoshop@greenboltprinting.com. Please include in your subject line, “EDIT REQUEST” or “CANCEL REQUEST” and your order number, found in your order confirmation email.

Can I change my address?

If you discover a mistake with your address, please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address.

Once your order has been fulfilled (packaged), we cannot make any changes. For that reason, please check all information very carefully before placing your order. 

To request an address change for your order, please reply to your order confirmation email or email us at candjautoshop@greenboltprinting.com. Please include in your subject line, “ADDRESS CHANGE” and your order number, found in your order confirmation email.

SHIPPING

We offer flat rate shipping only. Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard domestic shipping takes 3-7 business days on average for delivery on domestic orders to the contiguous U.S. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska (7-14 days) and to military base APO/FPO (up to 4 weeks) will take additional time.
